Good morning! It's a beautiful morning. It's bright and clear, and looks like it will be a lovely fall day. It will be mid to upper 50s and sunny ... not a bad day; if I'm not too lazy, maybe I will plant some tulip bulbs, or at least prune a few shrubs.
Yesterday: It was a very productive day, although mostly because I had so much help. That's OK, that helps too and I'm very grateful for it! My friend and I went into town to check out "Ladies Day" at a local church. They had a lot of vendors there ... jewelry, Tupperware, candles, Pampered Chef. I got one more Christmas present, and a lot of ideas! Later, we got one more piece of furniture moved (a fairly small, easy one; but still), and I also got my dishes collection better organized. Her father came over and put up a ceiling fan in the den. YAY! Unfortunately, the 3rd fan turned out to be broken; maybe I'll find another one later. It was a cold, gray, wet day, so I made a big pot of soup. Yummy!
Today: I have a nice quiet day to myself. I plan (and you know how often my plans get side-tracked! LOL!) to do some cleaning in the kitchen; bring down the boxes with table runners and start getting the first layers in place; and paint a craft project for outside decorating. Hopefully I will also get laundry completely caught up, and do some routine cleaning. ")

Good Morning! Saturday November 6, 2010
Good morning! It's a beautiful morning. It's fairly bright out, but still quite cloudy. It's supposed to clear up, but become cloudy again and possible sprinkles or showers by this afternoon. It will be a mild mid-50s today. My original "plan" had been to start on the outside things today, but it's not a good day for that.
Yesterday: I managed to be fairly productive despite unexpected interruptions. All of the fall and "usual" decorations are packed (except a few things that don't go in boxes, such as lamps). I have some things to take upstairs still, but at least it's organized. I managed to get to the grocery store, and got laundry started.
Today: I expect will be very busy. My friend will be helping, and we have several "projects" to get done, such as a little bit more furniture moving, some (craft) painting, and a few outdoor things if the weather lets us. Her dad is coming over later to help install the other 2 ceiling fans ... and I will be making a big pot of soup! :)

Good Morning! Friday November 5, 2010
Good morning! It's a beautiful morning. The forecast today is for "variably" cloudy and possible sprinkles; so far it's kind of "milky-clear" ... no visible cloudiness, but not quite bright either. It'll be upper 50s, a bit warmer than yesterday.
Yesterday: The day turned out to be productive in unexpected ways. I didn't get everything done on my list (I never do); but I got a few things done ahead of schedule. Also, my friend came over - her cousin brought her. And while they were here, they put my new desk chair together (ahhhhh ... SO comfortable, and the rollers and swivel work!). Also, he put up the new ceiling fan in the kitchen. For the first time in months we have light in the kitchen!! Wow!! LOL
Today: I hope to finish packing away decorations and finish laundry. I may also find time to go to the grocery store. DH is getting ready to go stay with 2 of the grands for a week (our DIL has to go to CA to be with her mom who is having heart surgery - prayers welcom!). Once I get him off, I'll get myself pulled together and see what I can do with the rest of the day. :)

Good Morning! Thursday November 4, 2010
Good morning! It is a wonderful morning. It's starting out foggy; but the fog will fade into cloudy. Today will be mid 50s, gray and rainy. While I have said many times how much I love fall, this is also a "typical" fall day. It would be a good day to curl up with a book if I didn't have so many things to do. :)
Yesterday: I managed to get a bit more decluttering done. Are you wondering why I'm always "decluttering" and never done? LOL! So am I. Things always get just put down ... then I have to go back and put them in their proper homes. And some of it ... I don't know, I think perhaps poltergeist sneak in at night? LOL!
Today: It's another vacation day (yes, I had a really lot saved up! I still have 7 more to go before Thanksgiving). I have a lot of things planned, and really hope I don't give in the the "rainy-day syndrome" and take a nap. Today is the beginning of my pre-Christmas decorating prep work. I will be packing away my "usual" decorations, and cleaning surfaces; plus the "usual" stuff like laundry! :)

Good morning! It's a wonderful morning. So far it's still very dark; today will be "raw and damp". The clouds may clear a bit during the morning, but will be back by afternoon. It'll be in the mid to upper 50s, and a fairly good chance of light rain by late afternoon.
Yesterday: I made a quick grocery run on the way home. Last night I didn't do much; I didn't even get any decluttering done. I guess I just felt lazy. Knowing I have time off later in the week tends to make me less enthusiastic about doing chores after a day at the office. :) (that's my story and I'm sticking to it! LOL!)
Today: There are still chores to do, laundry to catch up, bills to pay ... all of which will probably be done tomorrow. Perhaps I'll wrap some Christmas presents tonight ... that actually sounds like more fun! :)

Good Morning! Tuesday November 2, 2010
Good morning! It's a beautiful morning. It's just starting to turn faintly pink, barely over the treetops. It will be a mixture of sunny and cloudy; but also a cool upper 50s and breezy. I believe there may be rain later in the week, but not today. It will still be a nice fall day.
Yesterday: It was not as bad a day at work as I was afraid of. The reports got done, and work went on as usual. DH had driven me to work (so he could go get a battery for the other car); when he picked me up we went by Wally World for some half price candy (to put back for Christmas). We went to Bo-Jangles, and I got home in time to watch Dancing. Yah Jennifer, she's "back"! :) I also did a bit of decluttering (during commercials of course).
Today: I think my favorite shows tonight might be reruns (already? really?), so perhaps I'll watch the Dancing results show. In a few weeks another new show starts that I'm real excited about ... Skating With The Stars! Meantime, tonight, I'll do some more decluttering, perhaps work on some laundry.

Yesterday: It was not as bad a day at work as I was afraid of. The reports got done, and work went on as usual. DH had driven me to work (so he could go get a battery for the other car); when he picked me up we went by Wally World for some half price candy (to put back for Christmas). We went to Bo-Jangles, and I got home in time to watch Dancing. Yah Jennifer, she's "back"! :) I also did a bit of decluttering (during commercials of course).
Today: I think my favorite shows tonight might be reruns (already? really?), so perhaps I'll watch the Dancing results show. In a few weeks another new show starts that I'm real excited about ... Skating With The Stars! Meantime, tonight, I'll do some more decluttering, perhaps work on some laundry.

Good Morning! Monday November 1, 2010
Good morning! It's a beautiful morning! The sky is just starting to turn pink and yellow. The sun is reflecting off a few stray clouds, and it's really quite pretty. Today will be cool, low 60s, and partly cloudy. It's still what I call a nice fall day. :)
Yesterday: I did not (as usual) get everything done I hoped, but a lot of errands got taken care of; more Christmas shopping got done; and the toilet is *almost* fixed! LOL! It was a fairly "easy" day, so I'm not over-tired to start the week. And really, I only have 4 more Mondays before the new schedule begins.
Today: Work will probably be crazy today. End-of-month reports are due, and I will need to teach someone to do the ones I've done for years now. They're not hard ... just one more thing to remember! :)
