Good morning! It's a wonderful morning. It's misty out, and may not "burn off" this morning. Today will be cloudy, high 80s (may not even get to 90! Wow!), and a good chance of showers by this afternoon.
Last night we went out after I got home from work, to eat and then run some errands. I didn't get everything on my list ... we got too tired! LOL! No, I didn't get *that* much. It was just late and still pretty warm. We did go over to Lowes to check out spillways ... but if we go that route, we'll have to build our own. They're very pretty (would look so nice in the pond), but too expensive. And I am just smitten with a bubbler that has little lights that make it look like the bubbling top has a fire inside!
This morning I'm going to try to finish my errands, and then hopefully get some laundry, cleaning and projects done around the house. With it a touch cooler, I should be able to get a lot done ... if I can stay away from the computer! :)

Good morning! It's a beautiful morning. It's pale but clear out, and will be mostly sunny today. We're still going to mid 90s (yesterday at 5:30 the clock in town said 102, after a forecast of low 90s - so who knows!); but it should be less humid. No showers today, so watering tonight I think. They're saying a good chance of storms later in the weekend ... but again, "they" could be wrong! LOL!
Last night I updated some scheduling paperwork, and ( ** gasp **) worked on that boring sewing project! Tonight we will probably run some errands after work, so not likely to get much done at home (though hoping to get laundry started). Perhaps I'll be able to fit some sewing in over the weekend .. after all, I'll need breaks from all my other projects! :)

Good Morning! Thursday July 29, 2010
Good morning! It's a beautiful morning. It's a bit overcast and misty, but the forecast is for partly cloudy so this early morning mist will most likely burn off. I tend to forget that technically the days are getting shorter now. Today will be back in the mid to upper 90s, humid, and chances of afternoon storms. There was no rain at my house yesterday, so if no rain today I'll be running the sprinker again!
zYesterday I stopped by the grocery store on my way home. I really only meant to get bread; but Breyer's was on sale!! What can I say? LOL!! Then last night I finally got to working on my sewing project. I'm at a boring step, but I've set myself a "deadline" to finish so I need to push on to get the boring parts done and get busy sewing.
Tonight I'm going to try hard to finish the phase I'm on so by the weekend I can get to sewing (in between a zillion other weekend projects! LOL!). It should be a good TV night (for just sitting and doing the sewing project); but if it's all reruns, I might get distracted. :)

Sad Goodbye
I have trouble attracting followers. I know, my blog isn't all that interesting .. but I do try! :) For a long time I've had a total of 5 followers among my 3 blogs ... all of a sudden today I only have 3. A blog is supposed to attract followers, not lose them!

Last night I spent most of the evening working on important paperwork. It's now done, and I'm looking forward to a new phase in my life. Well, hopefully anyway. I got a little bit of spot-cleaning done too.
Tonight, other than catch up laundry (maybe! LOL!), I shouldn't have anything else to do but work on a sewing project. I've even made room for the part I need to do now ... just need to do it! :)

Good morning! It's a wonderful morning. The "official" forecast for today is 89, but I expect we'll still be low 90s. It'll be mostly cloudy; we didn't get rain (again) yesterday, but there's a pretty good chance of it today.
Yesterday was fairly productive. I got a little bit of paperwork taken care of; my bathtub is caulked, and the shower curtain washed; the chair seat covers are cleaned; and I got a few quick errands done in town too. Of course, I had help! LOL! Today is back to work ... I've discovered I really like NOT working on Mondays! LOL! Tonight I will be getting back on the sewing ... I even cleared away junk on the sewing table that's been in the way. :)

Good morning! It's a beautiful morning. The sky is faintly "milky" this mornign, but it's bright and still out right now. Today should be "much cooler" ... only low 90s; but partly cloudy and chances of showers and storms. I heard on the news there were storms last night ... none were anywhere near me of course. I ran the sprinklers for about 3 hours!
Yesterday turned into a fun day for unexpected reasons. I didn't get much done at home, just too hot. My friend and I took my niece (and her pizza table) home. Then we decided since we were already in Raleigh, to go by a store for things we can't find locally. And while there, it wasn't far to go by where I grew up, just to see what has changed (not much except painted). If a car hadn't been pulling out of the drive right at that moment, I might have been tempted to stop! I also went by the elementary school I went to ... or at least, where it used to be. It was brand new - I went there the first year it opened. Now they've completely torn it down and built a new one. Wow.
I'm taking a vacation day today, and have lots of things planned. I have to start my retirement paperwork; clean the kitchen; deal with some laundry; scrub the needlepoint chair covers (soaking now); take trash to the dump; and clean the old caulking around the tub. And maybe go pick some blueberries! :)
