Good Morning! Wednesday February 17, 2010

Good morning! It's a beautiful morning. Same forecast as yesterday; and same bright clear chilly morning. They're saying it will "warm up" (50s) by the weekend before the next cold blast. I hope they don't keep changing that! LOL!
Last night it was a hard choice, but I watched Olympics. Figure skating is one of my favorites, and last night was the men's short program. I believe their finals are tomorrow, so again I don't know what I'll choose tonight.
I hope this "warm" spell lasts long enough to get a few things done in the house ... lately it's just been too cold and dark when I get home to bother. And ... it's piling up! LOL!

Today is "Ash Wednesday" ... "Lent Begins" ... "My Way Day" ... "National PTA Founders' Day" ... "World Human Spirit Day".

Quotes of the Day:
"You can't build a reputation on what you are going to do."
-- Henry Ford

"Basic research is what I am doing when I don't know what I am doing."
-- Wernher von Braun
