Good morning! It's a beautiful morning! It's clear and sunny and warm, and will get into the 80s today! According to the weather report, it will be nice like this most of the week, maybe cooler and rainy after a few days. I'm loving having an early spring!
Yesterday: It was a very busy day. I rushed around in the morning getting things organized, and then we headed to town for DH's dialysis. While he was there I got a lot of errands done, some bills paid, and a haircut. It took a lot longer to get home than expected (some issues after the treatment, which we're told are "perfectly normal" for someone just beginning treatment). We had some company, briefly, in the evening; otherwise it was very quiet (although I did get to watch the "results show", and glad Scotty is still there).
Today: I'm running late, but once I get myself going I hope to take advantage of this pretty day! I'm nearly done packing away Christmas, have general cleaning to do, and then plan on getting outside and digging holes! LOL!
Today is "Awkward Moments Day" ... "Forgive Mom and Dad Day" ... "National Biodiesal Day" ... "Flag Day (Aruba)".
Quotes of the Day:
"I know that you believe that you understood what you think I said, but I am not sure you realize that what you heard is not what I meant."
-- Robert McCloskey (attributed)
"The truth that makes men free is for the most part the truth which men prefer not to hear."
-- Herbert Agar
"Age does not protect you from love. But love, to some extent, protects you from age."
-- Jeanne Moreau
"You can take from every experience what it has to offer you. And you cannot be defeated if you just keep taking one breath followed by another."
-- Oprah Winfrey
