Good morning! It's a beautiful morning. We're still in sunshine and mild temp mode, and I'm loving it. The pollen seems to have eased off a bit (or that may be fooling myself! LOL!), so nice having the doors open to fresh air. Yesterday was a wonderful day for being out and about. I ran some errands, and we checked out some thrift shops. My friend and I found 2 in town (the one closest to me - I don't actually live in any town.), including 2 new ones. Hmmm .... that makes 4 in this small town that I know of, all within a few blocks of each other. But, at least it's business of some sort, because the "downtown" appears to be dieing otherwise. We found a few good bargains, and passed on some over priced things. Then we headed to a bigger town. I wanted to get another board and rebuild my computer shelf (it was too tall, and I decided a bit longer would work as well - the first one I can use on my home computer desk). While their we came across a fantastic bargain ... nearly $90 worth of closet maid (exactly what I need for trying to get my "girl cave" organized), for LESS than $20!! Woo Hoo!! Of course, now I have to actually clean the room enough to get them in it! LOL!
Today a niece is coming over for more backyard shooting; the shelf will get built and painted; and a few more things will get planted.
Oh, and I finally put a few pictures (Bentonville, Easter in New Bern, and spring in my yard) on my blog, if anyone would like to go check them out .... http://goodmorningrandomthoughts.blogspot.com/
