Good morning! It's a beautiful morning. It's cool and crisp and sunny, and will be a lovely day.
Yesterday: I got (nearly) everything done I needed to, and we got on the road by shortly after noon. It took longer to get here than I expected;
but we got here (VA), got checked in, and met up with family. We all went out to Olive Garden and ate too much. Then we sat around in one of the
hotel lobbies (we're divided between two hotels, right next to each other) and visited.
Today: In just a few minutes we're meeting to go out to breakfast. This afternoon I will do my best to hem the jacket sleeves ... but if they don't get done,
he can just wear them long! LOL! This is going to be such a wonderful day.
The kitten is home, and will have company shortly to keep her company (as well as keep an eye out on our house).
Sorry this is a bit shorter than usual; as I said .. meeting up with famiy for breakfast, and I'm not quite ready yet.
