Good Morning! Tuesday October 13, 2009

Good morning! It's a wonderful fall morning. It's very foggy out right now, but the forecast is for only partly cloudy today. It will be another warm day, upper 70s! What see-saw weather! LOL! But, this is normal for an NC fall. We got a bit of rain yesterday, though we could sure use more. Still, my little sheltered garden is doing just fine. I have summer flowers that don't know they aren't supposed to be still blooming, right across the fish pond from astonishing mums and marigolds. It's all still a happy place.
I did get a bit of sewing done last night. Not as much as I hoped, but I got one section of a project finished. Tonight I have to do laundry, and get mostly finished packing. Maybe I'll have time for sewing, maybe not. :)

Today is "National Face Your Fears Day" ... "Birthday - Navy Birthday".

Quotes of the Day:
"Life is like an ever-shifting kaleidoscope - a slight change, and all patterns alter."
-- Sharon Salzberg

"Our constitution protects aliens, drunks and U.S. Senators.
