Good morning! It's a wonderful morning. It rained all night, and I woke up this morning to pouring rain .... everything is washed clean and bright, and now the sun is trying to peep out and make sparkling diamonds everywhere! The forecast is for mid 50s and mostly cloudy and rainy. But, as I said, the sun is coming out, so it won't be a bad day at all.
Yesterday was a lot of fun. I went with 3 friends from work, we spent all day "window shopping". We went to a second hand store, the flea market, and 2 outlet stores. The most expensive thing any of us did was eat lunch at the fair grounds! LOL! Good grief, $3.50 for a hot dog??? Next time we'll pack a picnic. :)
I didn't get home until close to 8:00 ... so of course nothing at home got done (except a load of laundry before I left). I'll get busy today. I already have laundry going, and have made a start in the kitchen. I plan to take the big (inside) tree down today, but the other (the 2 white trees) will stay up awhile. I thought I would get everything down in January, but now it doesn't look like I will. Oh well. They're still pretty to enjoy! LOL!
Today is "Golden Globe Awards" ... "Kid Inventor's Day" ... "St. Anthony's Day (Christian)" ... "World Religion Day" ... "Anniversary - PGA of America" ... "Liberation Day (Poland)".
