Good Morning! Tuesday January 5, 2010

Good morning! It's a beautiful morning! It will be another cold day here ... apparently as is most of the nation. Or at least the east coast! According to the local weather guru, we're in the middle of the longest cold spell in 30 years. But .. no snow. For *some* of us, that is NOT a good thing! LOL!
Last night I did manage to get laundry caught up. Well, washed and dried. :) Tonight I hope to get it all put away. I do tend to try to stay in the warmer rooms in the house (duh!), but I hope to do a bit of decluttering. The decorations will start coming down this weekend, but there are still a few people who might want to see them before that.

Today is "Twelfth Night" ... "Bean Day" ... "Bird Day".

Quotes of the Day:
"If living conditions don't stop improving in this country, we're going to run out of humble beginnings for our great men."
-- Russell P. Askue

"Having a holiday weekend without a family member felt like putting on a sweater that had an extra arm."
-- Pamela Ribon
