Good Morning! Monday June 21, 2010

Good morning! It's a beautiful morning. It's a bit misty, but warm already and that will quickly burn off. Today will be upper 90s, but less humid. Still no rain, other than the "chance" of afternoon storms. Those usually miss me ... I'll keep on watering!
Yesterday I didn't do as much as I hoped, though I did finish one major project in the kitchen. There's no a/c in there, so by late morning I have to stop. I did do a few other decluttering bits around the house.
After work today I have to make a quick stop to exchange a timer (that doesn't "keep time" ... something wrong with that picture? LOL!). Tonight I have a different set of papers to dig out of storage and scan; and I hope to do some ironing and pinning on a project to sew!! It's been too long since I could just sit and sew; now that it's officially summer, major projects have to go on hold until the fall! :)

Today is "Anne and Samantha Day" ... "Baby Boomers Recognition Day" ... "Cancer Begins" ... "Midsummer Day/Eve Celebrations" ... "National Daylight Appreciation Day" ... "Summer Begins (Northern Hemisphere)" ... "Summer Solstice" ... :Winter Begins (Southern Hemisphere)" ... "World Humanist Day" ... "National Day (Greenland)".
