Good Morning! Sunday June 20, 2010

Good morning! It's a beautiful morning. I was out early to walk the dog, and it was actually quite pleasant ... not hot yet, and a breeze. It's supposed to go to the upper 90s today ... and for the next week ... and it's not even "officially" summer yet! No rain in sight either.
Yesterday everything got a good watering, and I will probably go out again this evening to water. In the meantime, I'm trying to finish my kitchen project (it got so hot yesterday, I didn't make as much progress as I hoped). We did get a few errands run, but cut them short too.
I got the day off to a good start, so hopefully I can keep the energy going! :)
I want to wish a Happy Father's Day to all you Dads out there. My friends, give your dads hugs for me if you can. This is our first Father's Day without mine, and we (family) miss him a lot!

Today is "Family Awareness Day" ... "Father's Day" ... "Husband Caregiver Day" ... "UN World Refugee Day" ... "Vinegar Day" ... "World Juggling Day" ... "Admission Day (West Virginia)" ... "Flag Day (Argentina)".

Quotes of the Day:
