Good Morning! Tuesday February 1, 2011

Good morning! It's a wonderful morning. It's very overcast this morning, and will be cloudy all day; but it will be warmer than yesterday, mid 50s. The huge storm threatening a large part of the country will by-pass us this time. Some rain would be helpful here, but the warmer bit is nice, though it won't last.
Yesterday: It ended up being a busy day, though as usual not the way I expected. I got laundry done, and a bit of decluttering done. A friend and I went to lunch, and checked out a new grocery store (lovey - cheaper items!). The furniture didn't come until 4:00, but we used the waiting time to clean out the refrigerator. Time to give up the science experiments! LOL! And then, the new pieces arrived. Oh my. Well, I never claimed to be good at *measuring*!!! So, we put in some quick time re-arranging ... it's much bigger than it looked in the store! It's wonderful though, so much more storage!! :)
Today: It's back to work today ... looks like I'll even work the whole (half) week for a change. That will almost feel strange after all this time. I know I have a project waiting, plus end-of-month reports, so I think the days will go pretty quickly. Tonight I hope, again, to work on the quilt project! :)

Today is "African-American Coaches Day" ... "Freedom Day" ... "Hula in the Coola Day" ... "Robinson Crusoe Day" ... "Working Naked Day".
