Good Morning! Wednesday February 16, 2011

Good morning! It's a beautiful morning. Right now it's sunny, though the forecast is for mostly cloudy off and on. It'll be another nice warm day, low 60s. It's so easy to keep thinking spring is nearly here ... but around here, we know what March can sometimes bring!
Yesterday: I apologize for no newsletter yesterday. We didn't find out until Monday evening, that we had to leave here by 4:30 AM yesterday. Things just didn't go exactly as planned (as usual!), and I didn't end up getting home until 10:00 at night. Not to worry, all is well, just annoying! LOL!
Today: I have to go back to Durham today, though hopefully not for long. I think we all know by now how much I dislike that drive! :) I'm getting farther behind on things that should be getting done at home. Fair warning: NO one come visit me any time soon! LOL!!

Today is "Independence Day (Lithuania)".

Quotes of the Day:
"Opera is when a guy gets stabbed in the back and, instead of bleeding, he sings."
-- Ed Gardner

-- Jef Raskin

"If you want creative workers, give them enough time to play."
-- John Cleese

"Love is the reason for it all. "
-- Dorothy Fields
