Good morning! It's a wonderful morning. Although the last few days have been very cloudy, and some places had lots of rain, it doesn't look like much here at home. It looks a bit overcast still, but very bright. It's supposed to go to lower 90s today, and maybe some afternoon showers (I hope).
This has been a very long week, and I thank all of you for staying with me here. It may take awhile for things to be back to "normal" (or as close as they every will). We got home close to 10:00 last night. It was a long and tiring drive; but we did get to visit some friends from where we lived 18 years ago! That was nice.
Today I'm trying to get unpacked, laundry caught up, plants watered, and in general get things (and myself!) pulled together.
Today is "Jamestown Founding Day" ... ""The Stars and Stripes Forever" Day" ... "Underground America Day" ... "Anniversary - Lewis and Clark Expedition" ... "Anniversary - WAAC".
