Good Morning! Monday December 27, 2010

Good morning! It's a beautiful morning. I don't know how much snow is here, at least several inches. Now the storm has moved on, and the sun is bright on the snow. It's truly quite beautiful to look at; but will barely get above freezing today, so quite cold.
Yesterday: Because the snow kept up until dark, we ended up not even trying to go home. Instead we had another lazy day of visiting ... napping, snacking, playing games, watching movies.
Today: We will head out to go home later this morning. I definitely want to be home before it's late enough for the sun to be an issue since we're going west. For the moment, however, I'm listening to a strange "chorus" comprised of snoring, wind thumping something against the house, bird singing merrily, and little doggie toenails clicking across the floor! LOL! Whatever else happens today will depend on how soon we get off and how long it takes to get home. :)

Today: "National Fruitcake Forever Day" ... "Visit the Zoo Day".
