Good Mornnng! Wednesday July 27, 2011

Good morning! It's a beautiful morning. It was a smidgeon overcast earlier, but now seems to be bright and clear. The temps will be edging back up again. The forecast for today in upper 90s, which will put me at high 90s. No rain in sight, but the watering continues.
Yesterday: With work and dialysis, I don't count on getting much done, but it wasn't too bad anyway. We've changed pharmacies, and I'm really glad to no longer stand in line at Wal-Mart! LOL! I also did manage a little bit of working on organizing the project room, and it's coming along nicely now.
Today: I got a late start, but hope to have a busy day anyway. I *plan* to make significant progress on the room (need to finish by this weekend); today is an on-line class day; and I have afternoon errands to run. I hate having to go out in the heat, but I just can't work my schedule any other way. At least I can wait until late, since I know I won't do anything afterwards! LOL!

Today is "National Korean War Veterans Armistice Day" ... "Take Your Houseplants for a Walk Day" ... "Walk on Stilts Day".

Quotes of the Day:
"Give a man a fish and he will eat for a day. Teach a man to fish and he will eat for a lifetime. Teach a man to create an artificial shortage of fish and he will eat steak. "
-- Jay Leno

"Sometimes I've believed as many as six impossible things before breakfast."
-- Lewis Carroll

"The creative is the place where no one else has ever been. You have to leave the city of your comfort and go into the wilderness of your intuition. What you'll discover will be wonderful. What you'll discover will be yourself."
-- Alan Alda
