Good Morning! Wednesday December 23, 2009

Good morning! It's a wonderful morning! The ground is all frosty white - it *looks* like snow! LOL! It'll be a mostly bright and clear day, around 50. That's not bad really, a nice day.
Yesterday we were fed again at work, by the owners. Lovely lovely dinner ... and of course no one felt like working in the afternoon. Today no meals ... but lots of people keep bringing goodies to share. We'll be grazing all day. :)
Last night I had a lovely visit with my brother and sister-in-law (that should be sister-in-love!!). They live too far away to visit much, so it was a wonderful treat. Then later, we had Christmas with two of our grandsons. They had to go back to GA last night (son drove all night so they could be home for Christmas Eve).
Tonight I have ALL the last minute stuff to finish up! Wow. Baking, laundry, wrapping, packing ... sure hope I find time to sleep! LOL!
There is 1 day and 17 hours (7:00 am EST) left until Christmas!!

Today is "Festivus" ... "Humanlight Celebration" ... "Birthday of the Emperor (Japan)" ... "Feast of the Radishes (Mexico)".

Quotes of the Day:
"Ninety-eight percent of the adults in this country are decent, hard-working, honest Americans. It's the other lousy two percent that get all the publicity. But then--we elected them."
-- Lily Tomlin

"The customer doesn't expect everything will go right all the time; the big test is what you do when things go wrong."
-- Sir Colin Marshall
