Good morning! It's a gorgeous morning. Yesterday was near perfect, and today will be more of the same ... clear, bright and sunny, slight breeze. I never heard the weather last night, but it wouldn't surprise me to hear we got up to near 80, and more than likely will do that today.
Yesterday we spent most of the day at Bentonville, and had a great time. It was crowded, noisy, and dirty ... just what it should be! LOL! I got over tired, but it was worth it. It would be nice not to have so much to do today and be able to go back. I would have liked to spend more time at the encampment part. Well, it'll be back again. The battle itself (which I enjoyed because the staff did a good job of getting the "people in front" to SIT DOWN!) is only every 5 years, but the camp and other similar activities are much more often.
Today we'll get out in the yard and catch up on some left-over winter stuff and do some spring planting. YAY! I'll be sore all over again by tonight, but oh so worth it! :)
Today is "Memory Day" ... "UN International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination" ... "Care Sunday (UK)" ... "Independence Day (Namibia)" ... "Human Rights Day (South Africa)".
Quotes of the Day:
"An adventure is only an inconvenience rightly considered. An inconvenience is an adventure wrongly considered."

"Good taste is the worst vice ever invented."
-- Edith Sitwell
