Good Morning! Wednesday March 24, 2010

Good morning! It's a beautiful morning. Yesterday's clouds are gone, and today will be sunny, breezy, low 70s. We have another shot of cold (probably several) coming, but no more "winter"! I still have more things to plant when the last of the cold shots are done, probably next month.
Last night I got laundry done, and a bit of cleaning; and the very last left-over Christmas (pictures on the walls) is down. I watched AI of course ... and one of my favorites is hands-down the best last night, with my other favorite a close second (no matter what the judges say! LOL!). I have 2 in mind to go home, so wonder if I've picked that right? We'll find out tonight.

Today is "Houdini Day" ... "St. Gabriel Feast Day" ... "World Tuberculosis Day" ... "Independence Day (Philippines)".

Quotes of the Day:
"Good breeding consists of concealing how much we think of ourselves and how little we think of the other person."
-- Mark Twain

"No man needs a vacation so much as the man who has just had one."
-- Elbert Hubbard

"I would be the most content if my children grew up to be the kind of people who think decorating consists mostly of building enough bookshelves."
-- Anna Quindlen
