I confess to being a dish-aholic! One of my favorite blogs is Between Naps On The Porch, and on Thursdays many many bloggers participate in "Tablescape Thursday". They share pictures of lovely tables all dressed up.
I am not ready yet to join them ... but, I hope to eventually get there. So today I'm sharing here ... with my **0** followers ... my Easter table.
I can't give all the details about everything. The dishes I found at a second hand shop .. not a complete set, though I'd love to find more of it. The tablecloth is one I've had for years ... I *think* I originally bought it on eBay. I didn't put any napkins or flatware because ... well ... I just don't have anything that would look right. The thumbprint glasses are some I inherited from my grandmother. The blue wineglasses were freebies from a paperback book subscription.
The glass candles in the centerpiece were a gift several years ago. I don't even know where the "tray" came from (I think it's actually a charger). The Easter "tree" came from a Dollar Tree. The glass candle holders are reproduction depression glass, don't even remember where they came from. I also don't remember where I got the floral rings.
And there you have it ... my pretty Easter table pulled together from old, second hand stuff from around the house! It's a start. :)
