Good Morning! Monday September 6, 2010

Good morning! It's a beautiful morning. It's clear and bright, and just a touch breezy. It will be upper 80s, with low humidity, so it will still be a lovely day to be outside. The 90s are on the way back; but we get this holiday first! :)
Yesterday was a pretty lazy day. I got laundry caught up; and I managed to drag some of my fall decorations out of the "attic". I worked on sorting some paperwork, sewed a little bit ... and that's about all. Oh, and most of the things outside got watered!
Today I will try to make up for what hasn't been done yet. I should be cleaning the porch and doors; I don't know what will get done. I have to get myself back in a "mind-set" to go back to work tomorrow. Three long weekends in a row has really spoiled me! LOL!

Today is "Labor Day (US)" ... "Labor Day (Canada)" ... "Unification Day (Bulgaria)" ... "Defense of Pakistan Day (Pakistan)" ... "Independence Day (Swaziland)".

Quotes of the Day:
"The excellence of a gift lies in its appropriateness rather than in its value."
-- Charles Dudley Warner

"Creative work is play. It is free speculation using materials of one's chosen form."
-- Stephen Nachmanovitch
