Good morning! It's a beautiful morning. It's just beginning to be daylight ... the sky is still dark, but over the tree line is pale gold. It will be "warmer" today, all the way up to upper 30s! :) Clouds will start coming in tonight, and *maybe* the "S" word - again! - tomorrow.
Yesterday: As usual, I didn't get as much done as I hoped. But, except for a few small items, the Christmas shopping is pretty much done! It took longer than we wanted, but I should have expected that. I did get some cleaning done, and managed to pack up some of the "excess". I'm still deciding on whether or not to add a tree (yes, I have a place for it! LOL!)
Today: It's back to work this morning, the first of 3 days this month. I'm spoiled, I don't want to go! LOL! After work I'll get the groceries I didn't have time (or energy) for yesterday. And tonight, I sew!! Well, and wrap a few more things. :)
And, for those of you who have missed my countdown ... Christmas is 10 days from today!!!
Today is "Bill of Rights Day" ... "Cat Herders Day" ... "Navidades (Puerto Rico)".
Quotes of the Day:

"To resist the frigidity of old age one must combine the body, the mind and the heart - and to keep them in parallel vigor one must exercise, study and love."
-- Karl von Bonstetten
"Every day holds the possibility of a miracle."
-- Elizabeth David

Bonan matenon! That's "Good morning" in Esperanto. I'm glad you gave Dr Zamenhof's creation a mention here. Sadly, Esperanto is all too little known in English-speaking countries.
I agree with Bill Chapman.
Can I add that Esperanto is not only a great idea, but is now a living language.
The study course http://www.lernu.net is now receiving 120,000 hits per month.
That can't be bad :)
