Good morning! It's a beautiful morning! It's bright and clear, high today in the mid 70s. This will be another wonderful spring day, so it must be taken advantage of before tomorrow's storms again. :)
Yesterday: A typical dialysis and work day meant little else got done. I had company for awhile when we got home, and it was nice to just relax for a few minutes! :) All the "usual" stuff got done, and I finished the stage I was on with my sewing project. Yay!
Today: Hopefully today I will finish another stage on the project; but with such a nice day, I will spend some of it working in the garden. All I'm allowed to do is weed (carefully .. poor eyesight means I often pull up the wrong things! Oops! LOL) ... and dig holes. It's kind of hard to mess up a hole in dirt. :) I'll also try hard to get a bit of normal cleaning done, and depending on my energy level, declutter some of the things that have started piling up. :)
Today is "Global Youth Service Day" ... "Tax Day" ... "Income Tax Pay Day" ... "National Take a Wild Guess Day" ... "National That Sucks Day" ... "Anniversary - Titanic Sinking".
Quotes of the Day:
"Wisdom doesn't automatically come with old age. Nothing does - except wrinkles. It's true, some wines improve with age. But only if the grapes were good in the first place."
-- Abigail Van Buren
"Cats are intended to teach us that not everything in nature has a function."

"It is possible to store the mind with a million facts and still be entirely uneducated."

-- Doug Larson
