Good Morning! Monday April 11, 2011

Good morning! It's going to b e a wonderful day ... though at the moment it's barely light outside. It's a clinic day, which means leaving very early. Today I am ever so thankful for a car with air conditioning, as it will go to the mid 80s! The day may start off a bit cloudy, but will clear and be a bit windy but a lovely warm day.
Yesterday: While I didn't do as much as I gave myself to do, I did have some accomplishments. I reorganized a closet (a major project!), I got a lot of work done on my sewing project, and I got a bit of general decluttering done. The sun didn't come out until late in the afternoon, so that was my excuse not to play in the dirt. In the late afternoon DH and I took a walk around the house. :)
Today: As I said, it's clinic day. We'll be leaving in about half an hour, and most likely won't be back until late afternoon (almost always get stuck in "rush hour" traffic coming and going!). But, tonight I get to watch Dancing.

Today is "Barbershop Quartet Day" ... "International "Louie Louie" Day" ... "Liberation Day (Uganda)".

Quotes of the Day:
"The average person thinks he isn't."
-- Father Larry Lorenzoni

"Love flies, runs, and rejoices; it is free and nothing can hold it back."
-- Thomas a Kempis

"It's a funny thing about life; if you refuse to accept anything but the best, you very often get it."
-- W. Somerset Maugham

"Sometimes in life you don't always feel like a winner, but that doesn't mean you're not a winner."
-- Lady Gaga
