Good Morning! Tuesday April 12, 2011

Good morning! It's a beautiful morning! At the moment it's bright and mostly clear. The forecast for today is partly cloudy, mid to upper 70s, and possible "hit or miss" showers or storms. Well, that could make for an *interesting* day! LOL!
Yesterday: As always, a clinic day is very long and boring. We had to deal with traffic both ways, but thankfully no reall slow ups. The day was mainly lots and lots of waiting! One good thing though, DH didn't have to see the doctor that was so rude at the hospital (as we had thought he would). There was a different one, who was very nice and also very helpful about treating the gout.
Today: The day has started out oddly, so I don't know where it will go. It's a dialysis day, but they want him to come in earlier; that will be awkward, but we'll do the best we can. At least it doesn't matter what hours I work; and perhaps there'll be a bit more day left to get things done afterwards! :)

Today is "National Be Kind to Lawyers Day" ... "National Licorice Day" ... "Walk On Your Wild Side Day" ... "Children's Day (Florida)".

Quotes of the Day:
"When you play, play hard; when you work, don't play at all."
-- Theodore Roosevelt

"People who throw kisses are hopelessly lazy."
-- Bob Hope

"Exercise relieves stress. Nothing relieves exercise."
-- Takayuki Ikkaku
