Good morning! It's a gorgeous morning. Summer is having a bit of a last gasp (though we still could have some more hot days, it becomes less and less likely). It will be around 90 today, and still no sign of rain. My garden is still happy, but showing signs of dryness ... hmmm ... watering time again! LOL!
Yesterday was a good day, but very long. I got my scheduled cleaning project (back hall) done, and a bit of other cleaning. Then we rode down to DH's boat to bail out rain water. There was a storm off the coast last weekend, and there was a lot of water. It took nearly an hour --twice as long as usual-- to pump out all the water in there. It's a really Big boat! LOL! We also got to visit, briefly, with our son and his family, so that was nice too. We didn't get home until late. I sure was glad I had already done my work week prep stuff!
I have a lot of projects I should have been working on all summer. Now it's getting to crunch time ... I need to get busy. Busier. So tonight I have a long list of things I hope to accomplish ... if I can just figure out how not to be so tired that the computer grabs me! LOL!
Today is "National Boss/Employee Exchange Day" ... "Battle of San Jacinto Day (Nicaragua)" ... "Brass Ring Day" ... "Triumph of the Holy Cross Day" ... "Star SpangledBanner Day" ... "Cream Filled Donut Day".
Quotes of the Day:

-- Ed Greenwood
"I know who I am. No one else knows who I am. If I was a giraffe, and someone said I was a snake, I'd think, no, actually I'm a giraffe."
-- Richard Gere
