Good morning! It is a gorgeous Saturday morning! It will be mid 80s today, and sunny. We're not back in a real drought, but we are in a very dry spell, so rain would be welcome. However, since there's none in the immediate forecast, I will enjoy these beautiful fall days. :)
Once again, I had a less than productive evening, only getting bits and pieces worked on. My strategy is to have saved up energy for today! That's my story and I'm sticking to it! LOL! I've already worked in the kitchen and got laundry started. I have errands to run, but then hope to clean the back hall. There's no a/c back there, but with this nice weather I can have the back door and a window open, so it won't be bad at all. I hope! LOL!
I also hope to use "break" time for sewing. I'm at another of those frustrating in-between stages, so have to go on and get more things lined up. Busy day! :)
Today is "Video Games Day".
Quotes of the Day:
"The brain is a wonderful organ. It starts working the moment you get up in the morning and does not stop until you get into the office."
-- Robert Frost
"Silent gratitude isn't much use to anyone."
-- Gladys Bronwyn Stern
