Good morning! It's a wonderful morning. I'm not really sure what the forecast is, but I *think* it's for low 90s; maybe even upper 80s. And possibly mostly sunny. At the moment I'm west of Raleigh, where the forecast is centered. Anyway, it's a perfectly beautiful morning. :) We left right after work last night to come to visit family for the weekend. We got here a little before 10:00, and then sat up visiting quite awhile. I miss my little kitty ... but sure did enjoy a good night's sleep without being a playground at 3 am!! LOL!
Today we're going to go out for breakfast; and then do a lot of nothing! Really? Maybe some shopping; or maybe some sight-seeing, if it's not too humid. Or maybe just come back here and visit. Funny, as a family, we don't seem to get together a lot for that. I'm working on a change ... in my small way. For today - I feel like something wonderful is going to happen! :)
Today is "Kool-Aid Days" ... "Navajo Code Talkers Day (Navajo Nation)" ... "V.J. Day" ... "Independence Day (Pakistan)".
Quotes of the Day:
"If you stay in Beverly Hills too long you become a Mercedes."

"There is one piece of advice, in a life of study, which I think no one will object to; and that is, every now and then to be completely idle - to do nothing at all."
-- Sydney Smith
