Good Morning! Monday, August 10, 2009

Good morning! It's a gorgeous morning! It's bright and clear, not quite 80 yet. It's going into triple digits today, and nothing said about storms. It hasn't been all that long since rain, but everything is drying up again. I think I may be watering when I get home tonight. :)
Yesterday was productive for a change. I made very good progress on at least 4 projects, as well as the "routine" stuff. I have a small mending project to work on in the evenings this week, but need to do that tonight and tomorrow. Later in the week I'll be doing laundry so I can pack for a weekend trip. I think TV is mostly reruns right now, so perhaps tonight I will also made some progress on a printing project (if I don't run out of ink again! LOL!)

Today is "Anniversary - Smithsonian Institution" ... "Admission Day (Missouri)" ... "Victory Day (Rhode Island)" ... "Independence Day (Ecuador)".

Quotes of the Day
"About the time we can make the ends meet, somebody moves the ends."
--Herbert Hoover

"Wisdom is knowing what to do next; virtue is doing it.
