Good Morning! Tuesday August 25, 2009

Good morning! It's a beautiful morning! They predicted a foggy morning, but it's already glowing under the sun and burning off. It will be a bit hotter today --low 90s-- and humid. Not much chance of rain today, either, but we still have puddles from the weekend rain. It's still summer, even though the kids are heading back to school.
I did a little bit of sewing last night; not as much as I wanted. I'm behind on answering emails too. Hmmm ....I think I need to find me some energy pills! LOL!! (j/k!!) Perhaps tonight I'll do better on at least one area! LOL!! I *think* AGT is on tonight ... or is it tomorrow? Well, something is on tonight. :)

Today is "Kiss and Make-Up Day" ... "National Secondhand Wardrobe Day" ... "Anniversary - Wizard of Oz (movie)" ... "Independence Day (Uruguay)".

Quotes of the Day:
"Doing nothing is very hard to do ... you never know when you're finished."
-- Leslie Nielsen

"There can be no happiness if the things we believe in are different from the things we do."
-- Freya Madeline Stark
